Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician in Nashville for a hybrid store role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products/services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely completion.

The role blends front-desk customer service with basic shop tasks, such as oil changes and tire checkups, while supporting store operations. Pay range is $15.20–$22.71 per hour, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
