Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician to serve customers, recommend suitable products and/or services, and perform entry-level vehicle services while ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid automobile driver's license required.

• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Handle store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Support growth and development; may assist or act as Manager-on-Duty.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and balance front/back shop tasks.
