Tire Discounters in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate/Manager to drive store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will evaluate customer needs, recommend products, and manage orders while representing a growing, family-owned retailer.

This on-site role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work Saturdays; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000+ per year with monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including daily customer calls to increase opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion following company policies.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the store interior and exterior.
• Promotes a culture of cooperation among team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.
