Quirk Auto Dealerships in Massachusetts is seeking a Service Manager to lead our busy service department, ensuring efficiency and profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

You will forecast department goals, prepare budgets, hire and coach staff, schedule activities, and ensure compliance with OSHA and hazardous waste rules. A minimum of supervisory experience and 3 years in auto repair are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in an auto repair facility.
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff.
• Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees.
• Provide technical assistance to employees as needed.
• Monitor technicians; payroll records.
