Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop teammates through training and coaching.
• Maintain quality control measures.

• Assist GM with budgeting and sales forecasts.
• Direct daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Ensure store is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open and close duties when GM is off.
• Build an engaged workforce aligned with customer volume.
• Ensure inventory and product orders meet business needs.
• Enforce safety and productive environment.
• Assist guests in-person, online, or by phone.
