Job summary

Jesse's Garage in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a high-volume shop. No automotive experience is required; training is provided. This Base Salary + Commission role offers $80,000-$100,000+ OTE, plus benefits, with a Monday-Saturday schedule and occasional 6th day as needed.

Candidate will greet customers, explain repairs, build trust, and coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; automotive training is provided.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence recommending products or services to customers.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
