Job summary

Pride Automotive in the South Denver Metro Area is hiring experienced Service Advisors to join our team as Sales/Service Advisors. The role focuses on selling and promoting all products and services, following company standards, and delivering honest, dependable service.

Compensation ranges from 55k-75k, including hourly pay, with spiffs and bonus opportunities. Benefits include bi-weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and insurance offerings. Advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
• Possess a current and valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history
• Recommend services and document all recommendations in the customer file
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge
• Provide accurate quotes and update customers on service status
• Follow cash-out procedures and review warranties
• Conduct post repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
