Patriot Chevrolet is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, energetic Sales Professionals to join our team! No prior automotive sales experience is required; training is provided to the right people.

If you enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle, build relationships, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and work with the team to meet dealership goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using phones, computers, and digital communication.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs
• Build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our vehicles, inventory, and available programs
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Work with the sales and management team to achieve individual and dealership goals
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
