Hubler Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Indianapolis. You’ll coach, motivate, and develop staff while driving sales performance and customer satisfaction across the dealership.

This leadership role focuses on building a high-energy, guest-focused environment, maximizing profitability on each deal, and delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. A proven track record in automotive retail is required.

Formación

• Minimum two years of Automotive Sales Management experience or three years of proven automotive sales success if currently in sales.
• Strong work ethic with ability to achieve results.
• Leadership skills and the ability to drive a team.
• Assertive and knowledgeable in dealership sales operations.
