In this role you will drive sales performance, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to optimize processes while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive sales teams or dealerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop sales staff and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
