You will respond to leads via email, phone, and in person, help guests select vehicles, and share automotive knowledge to ensure top-notch satisfaction. Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

The role offers in-house training, growth opportunities, and incentives tied to performance. Availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer/Client facing experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Tech-savvy with social media, email, and basic office programs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience (e.g., Retail Sales, Customer Service) is a plus.

Responsibilities
