Key duties include greeting customers, presenting vehicle features, coordinating test drives, and working with finance to present options. Strong communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, DMS software, and mobile technology.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Valid NYS driver's license with a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers in friendly and professional manner.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective communication.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology and benefits.
• Conduct vehicle walk-rounds and accompany customers on test drives.
• Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options in partnership with the Finance Department.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and competitor products.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, email and text messaging.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base through referrals and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after delivery.
• Participate in sales meeting, product training, and dealership events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership in a positive manner.
