Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will develop team members and model Belle Tire's culture to deliver a premium customer experience.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader preparing for store management. As a manager on duty, you will oversee store functions, monitor performance metrics, and help implement company initiatives while fostering a positive, inclusive work

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of leadership experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; financial literacy for operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example to foster accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence and ensure continuity.
