Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring Sales Associate and Sales Manager roles at our Lexington, KY stores. You will grow sales by building relationships with customers and delivering a WOW customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services.
• Drive store sales growth, including daily customer calls.
• Coordinate each customer's work order through completion per policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Maintain store presentation inside and outside.
• Promote a cooperative, collaborative store culture.
• Assist in the shop as needed.
