You will color match, mix paints, and perform refinish operations aligned with KPIs while supporting a safe and productive work environment.

You will act as a Brand Ambassador of Gerber Collision & Glass at all times. The role emphasizes safety with PAPR systems, teamwork, and commitment to speed, quality, and customer

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to complete refinishing steps correctly.
• Above average quality focus with high production capability.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality in the paint dept.
• Mix, color match, and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Complete refinish operations as described in the work order.
• Maintain paint material inventory and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.
