Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an automotive refinisher to repair and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition at our Coral Gables area center. You will mix colors, apply coatings, and ensure finish quality aligns with OEM and SOP standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and neat workmanship. I-CAR certification is preferred, with opportunities for career growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• 2-5 years automotive refinishing experience.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
• Comply with safety requirements and respirator safety.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Refinish all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition per work-order and SOPs.
• Prepare color tint to match paint color and ensure formulations meet OEM standards.
• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist in prep work when necessary.
• Ensure all paint operations are complete and vehicle is ready for body technician.
• Comply with hazardous waste disposal regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
