AutoNation is seeking an Auto Technician to join our service team. You will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance to dealer and factory standards, ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training as needed by the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order and maintain an inventory of tools.
