We're looking for an Auto Property Damage Adjuster Remote, working in BPO industry in New York, United States.

1. Speaks to customers on the phone, educating them, and helping the customer work through their claims to the best possible outcome.
2. Handles an inventory of claims, triaging critical claims, and delivering service to all constituents of the claim.
3. Works through and designs a process that supports the quickest claim resolution with the best outcome.
4. Collaborates closely with our product and engineering teams to give feedback and identify technology and process improvements.
