Job summary

EMR USA is seeking a highly detailed-oriented Warehouse Worker for first shift in New Jersey. The role focuses on quality control of car parts, preparation for distribution, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

The candidate must be able to stand long hours, lift up to 75 pounds, and work well with a team. The position is onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, and requires strong attention to detail, basic education, and experience in automotive parts handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality control and accuracy.
• Automobile dismantling/parts handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections on car parts and identify defects.
• Prepare and clean parts (bumpers, doors) for storage or shipment.
• Organize and store parts and materials in designated areas.
• Assist with inventories, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
• Communicate with management about concerns or improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with team to support daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow PPE safety rules.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements.
