Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a dedicated PartsPro Team Lead for PartSource. The role focuses on applying auto parts expertise to drive sales while managing store operations in the absence of store management.

You will mentor staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and merchandising standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Retail supervisory experience (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Identify parts using the PartSource OS and vendor platforms.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranties to customers.
• Lead daily store tasks and open/close when needed.
• Coach and train junior staff and ensure compliance with audits.
• Oversee inventory control and merchandising standards.
• Handle shipping/receiving and returns processing.
• Maintain a safe, PPE-equipped work environment.
• Drive sales through parts recommendations and upselling.
