The role requires leadership in scheduling, staff development, pricing decisions, loss prevention, and customer service excellence, with a strong focus on automotive parts knowledge and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service-focused team in a retail or automotive environment.
• Ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and staff development.
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities a must.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by directing team to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company per policies.
• Maintain customer base and grow sales within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales call efforts with Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store team and assist in recruiting, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
• Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasts.
• Review timecards and correct missing punches daily.
• Ensure staff training on policies, customer service, safety, and system use.
• Establish pricing levels for professional customers with Sales and Pricing Departments.
• Maximize gross profit on outside purchases and monitor discounting for policy compliance.
