Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to enhance customer experience and contribute to store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow POS procedures and loss-prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
