You will assist customers with automotive parts, maintain organized shelves, and support store operations, including POS transactions and inventory. Bilingual English/Spanish and a passion for teamwork will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge and strong communication skills a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful for customer interactions.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to reach sales goals.
• Restock and organize merchandise, process transactions, and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure store.
• Know automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Read codes with diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
