BYOT Auto Parts in Jackson, MS, is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Associate to help customers, process sales, and maintain store standards. You will promote safety culture, handle cash, and provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable service to drive store goals.

The role requires reading/writing English, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Proficient in automotive part identification.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote the B.Y.O.T. Auto Parts Safety Culture.
• Provide information to customers as they enter the store and answer questions.
• Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures.
• Complete sales training and follow the B.Y.O.T. Auto Parts Sales Model.
• Engage in continuous training and education in all areas of the business.
• Work as a team towards housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
• Identify when customer interaction requires management assistance.
• Additional duties as assigned.
