Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business.

This entry level, part time or full time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and using store systems to locate parts and process transactions. You will assist customers in person and by phone, install basic DIY services, maintain inventory, and ensure store standards.

Competenze

Customer-focused experience preferred in retail environments.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing.
Willingness to learn automotive parts and systems.
English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
Meet personal sales goals and help the store hit overall targets.
Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
Maintain inventory processes including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and back stock.
Keep store clean and organized and ensure safety of customers and team.
