Job summary

AutoZone stores are the frontline for WOW! Customer Service, helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. The Retail Sales Associate will engage customers, maintain organized inventory, and sell products while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support teammates, learn products and promotions, and use diagnostics tools to aid customers. The role requires physical capability and flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to assist customers with product selections and automotive knowledge.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive parts and provide expert advice.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized store.
• Promote products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions.
