Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson in Palm Bay, FL to support the DIY business and achieve sales/service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. Part-time or full-time positions are available to help customers and build strong relationships.

Formación

• Essential Job Skills: Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build relationships.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Prior sales experience in retail helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet its targets.
• Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory and store product standards; manage stock moves.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized, including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
