Job summary

Hendrick BMW Northlake is seeking a parts warehouse associate to handle shipping and receiving, stocking parts, and moving items on site. You will verify shipments, maintain accurate bin locations, and assist techs and counter staff with parts pulls.

Essential duties include inventory control, forklift operation when needed, and adherence to safety and CSI standards while maintaining a clean work area. The role requires reliable attendance and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Automobile Salesperson License.

Responsibilities

• Controls receipt of inventory
• Receives incoming shipments, checking the packing slip with actual shipment for completeness and accuracy before placement in appropriate warehouse location
• Identifies and reports all overages and shortages
• Stocks parts and accessories in correct bin locations
• Notifies appropriate personnel of receipt of all special orders
• Loads and unloads trucks
• May operate a forklift to move materials and unload vehicles
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
