Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to provide expert automotive parts knowledge and top-tier service for DIY customers. This full-time role requires store system proficiency and strong customer engagement.

Responsibilities include GAS2 selling, meeting sales goals, performing battery installations and other DIY services, and duties as a key holder. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, stock counts, back stock, etc.
