Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Baltimore is searching for an experienced sales associate to provide expert service to DIY customers. You will manage various automotive services and help achieve store sales goals. Candidates should have strong automotive knowledge and sales experience, with a focus on customer service. This full-time position offers an hourly wage between $16.45 and $18.10.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability

Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)

Strong organizational skills

Ability to locate and stock parts

Communicate effectively

Education

Valid driver's license

ASE Certification Preferred
