is looking for a full-time Auto Parts Material Handler to join our family-like work environment! A fast-paced, high-volume parts department is the right place to fast track your career. Come join the Basil family, a company that truly cares and appreciates their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for filling orders created by the parts consultants and delivering them to internal customers. Much of this job involves moving between the department and warehouses, accurately pulling the required parts, and bringing them to the assigned technician or customer.

Position:

Auto Parts Material Handler

Location:

Joe Basil Chevrolet – 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043

Compensation:

Between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on knowledge, experience, store franchise, and volume)

Schedule:

Full Time - 5 Day Work Week

Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Restocks shelves with new inventory
• Maintains a clean workplace
• Helps drivers with loading of parts trucks
• Ensures timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
• Keeps parts area clean and well organized for production efficiency
• Pulls parts orders for the service and body shops
• Assists the Shipper and Receiver with loading and unloading trucks
• Organizes and maintains the warehouses
• Must be self-disciplined: work without constant supervision and be goal-oriented
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 75 pounds

Valid Driver’s License required
