Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company, a leading auto parts network, seeks an Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate stock, support efficient product flow, and keep a clean, organized store environment. You will receive/post freight, perform cycle counts, and pull orders for delivery drivers, the counter, and will-call.

Minimum 1 year stocking experience, a High School Diploma, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required. Starting hourly rate is $23.00 with benefits included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous experience stocking, loading, or pulling.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent experience, required.
• Must be functionally literate and able to read part numbers and codes.
• Must be able to write legibly and operate a computer terminal.
• Ability to lift/move parts up to 60 lbs and push/pull 300 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pulls all orders for delivery drivers and for counter customers and will-call.
• Receives, posts, stocks, and organizes incoming merchandise and shelving.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety, including hazardous materials handling.
• Use inventory systems for coordination and dispatching support.
• Assist customers by phone or in person as needed.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Support store operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
