Job summary

Dealer Solutions, Inc. (DSI) seeks a Parts Inventory Manager to lead auto dealership parts inventories in a full-time, salaried role with a commission plan.

The manager will serve as the primary contact for inventory counts, coordinate pre-inventory communications, and lead staff to ensure accurate counts while driving efficiency and client satisfaction. Some weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required; weekends may be scheduled.
• Experience in auto dealership parts operations.
• Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) preferred (CDK or Reynolds).
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary contact for a physical inventory count.
• Coordinate pre-inventory communications and meet mutual expectations.
• Manage DSI staff assigned to inventory events to ensure accuracy.
• Interact with the client during events to resolve questions.
• Direct post-inventory activities per policies and client expectations.
• Maximize profitability by managing labor costs through efficiencies.
• Promote the mission and values of WIS International during work with clients.
