You will maintain accurate records, receive and stock parts, verify shipments, and keep the parts storage area tidy. A detail-oriented mindset, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, clerical, or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift automotive parts as needed.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records for automotive parts and supplies.
• Receive, organize, label, and stock incoming parts.
• Verify parts shipments against invoices and packing slips.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with identifying discrepancies.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts storage area.
• Assist with locating parts and ensuring inventory is properly documented.
• Communicate with parts department team members regarding inventory needs.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed.
