Auto Parts Distributor Warehouse Specialist

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist (Full-Time) - Tampa

Employment Type: Full-Time

The goal of Mygrant Glass Company is to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to our wholesale auto glass customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders promptly for delivery and pickup, including picking, loading, packing, labeling, and shipping.
• Receive and process incoming warehouse products.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Ensure inventory controls are followed and accuracy is maintained.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely.
• Follow all safety, quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Sign paperwork upon receipt of inventory and unload incoming trucks.
• Accurately stock inventory and verify its condition.
• Ensure customer orders and invoices match in quantity and quality.
• Maintain inventory control and assist in stock management.

Requirements

• Utilize modern warehouse practices, including iPads and Bluetooth technology.
• Be organized, accurate, and manage time effectively.
• Have physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass up to 35 pounds, with occasional items up to 75 pounds.
• Possess basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn RFID technology for inventory management.
• Experience with pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, and holding a forklift license is a plus but not required.
