Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams and commercial customers. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts, assist customers on the sales floor, and help maintain accurate loading and unloading per route schedules.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. A full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and occasional overtime is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to customers, loading/unloading per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
