Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and follow driver safety requirements.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexibility for full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting both commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per policy.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers; load/unload parts per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products and maintain delivery vehicle readiness.
