The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and a flexible full-time schedule that includes weekends. You will participate in a supportive team and contribute to a reliable, customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company policy.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver automotive parts to commercial customers safely and on time.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns or pickups when needed.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
