Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery routes and time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles to deliver parts to customers and load/unload as needed.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to keep driving and work areas safe.
• Process payments securely per company policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and report issues with vehicles.
