Roles emphasize accurate loading/unloading, cash handling, and maintaining fleet readiness. Prior automotive knowledge and a valid license are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice.
• Lead and work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to customers; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report vehicle issues promptly.
