Job Title: Auto Parts Delivery Driver (Full-Time)Location: On-SiteSalary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Job Summary:We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Auto Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering and picking up auto parts and equipment for our dealership, ensuring timely and accurate service to our customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely pick up and deliver parts to customers, vendors, wholesale accounts, and satellite stores.
Coordinate with the parts manager or shipping/receiving team before departure for any last-minute updates.
Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Collect payments and confirm they match delivery invoices.
Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries, including recipient signatures.
Unload trucks at the end of each day and return any undelivered parts with proper paperwork.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance: refuel, check oil, maintain cleanliness, and schedule regular inspections.
Report any major issues with the delivery vehicle to the parts manager.
Assist with stocking, organizing, and posting parts deliveries to expedite internal operations.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Answer phone calls promptly (within three rings) to assist internal and external customers.
Contribute to the overall professional appearance of the parts department.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Or Equivalent (Preferred)
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
1 Year Of Driving Experience (Preferred)
Must pass background and drug screening
Strong organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Must be able to lift and move parts as needed
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
Occasional Saturday availability
