Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling parts and inventory.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and orders.
• Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and order updates.
• Communicate professionally with customers, service advisors, and technicians.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts requests efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire parts process.
• Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components.
• Pull and fill parts orders accurately from inventory.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with weekly bin checks.
• Notify management of low inventory or out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention.
• Locate and source parts from outside vendors when necessary.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed on repair orders.
• Process retail payments and credit authorizations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
