Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Auto Parts Counter Sales representative in Lake Village, AR. The role involves over-the-counter sales, taking orders in person and by phone, and supporting store operations with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience or motivation to pursue a GED.
• One year of professional automotive parts experience or two years of hobbyist automotive parts experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (Class E required for all Missouri locations) and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attend work every day, on time, as scheduled.
• Demonstrate courteous, respectful, and kind conduct toward every customer and co-worker.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assisting in determining parts needed.
• Locate and pull parts for orders and stock as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; properly invoice/credit customer accounts.
• Learn to research part availability through computer and catalogs.
