Group 1 Kia Tomball is seeking a qualified Parts Back Counter Salesperson to join our team. You will assist customers, stock inventory, price parts, and keep systems up to date, delivering friendly, reliable service in a fast-paced automotive parts department.

Two or more years in an auto parts setting and a sales mindset will help you thrive. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with opportunities for training and advancement in a professional, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years' experience in an automotive parts department.
• One or more years of sales experience.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet and assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Ensure incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
• Accurately price parts and accessories and keep the system up to date.
• Inform customers of current specials.
