Responsibilities

Answer phones to process invoice billing and order collection with accuracy and speed.
Handle money, make change, and process cash register at end of shift.
Write customer credits, cores and defect returns.
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain product knowledge.
Process work orders, invoices and paperwork requiring company procedures.
Open/close duties as requested and be a key holder when needed.
Assist training of Counter I and General Store staff.
