NAPA Auto Parts Store is seeking a Counter Sales associate to assist customers with auto parts questions both in person and over the phone. You will handle cash transactions, access the catalog system for parts, and communicate product features and warranty information.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and enjoys working with people in a lively environment. Automotive knowledge is preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive knowledge or background preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

• Effectively communicate features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Required skills include:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE Certification is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends, evenings and holidays
• Must enjoy working with people in a fast-paced and exciting environment
