Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. seeks a friendly Counter Sales Level 1 to assist customers in person or by phone and support store operations. You will help locate parts, answer questions, and promote sales programs while delivering courteous service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and basic computer and cash handling skills. Training covers store systems, parts lookups, and safety policies to ensure accurate transactions and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• One year of professional automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to learn RPI store systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend work every day, on time, as scheduled.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in determining parts needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; properly invoice customer accounts.
• Locate and pull parts for orders; research stock numbers and pricing.
