Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Level 1 to provide friendly, courteous, over-the-counter sales and take orders in-person or by phone. The role supports store operations, learns RPI systems, and helps with inventory and customer service tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer sales and service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting parts and placing orders in person or by phone.
• Process cash and credit transactions and invoice customer accounts.
• Maintain clean, organized showroom and stock areas, pull parts for orders.
