Training will cover NAPA KNOW HOW, supporting your growth in the automotive world and a stable, nationally recognized brand.

You'll greet customers, handle orders, answer calls, and work with POS systems while supporting teammates and maintaining a safe, organized workspace at our Hillsboro location.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn automotive parts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math for order processing and transactions.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts.
• Answer calls and provide knowledgeable, friendly support.
• Accurately place, process, and fulfill parts orders.
• Pull and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.
• Use inventory, catalog, and POS systems efficiently.
• Maintain store organization and assist teammates as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and management.
• Support safety and a respectful workplace, taking on additional tasks as needed.
