Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator to support our busy repair centers. You will verify and distribute auto parts, maintain accuracy, and help keep repairs on schedule. This role requires reliable communication, strong organization, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Strong organizational skills.
• General parts knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and distribute parts accurately to support timely repairs.
• Check in, tag, and distribute parts by 9am for overnight deliveries.
• Verify correct parts with mirror match.
• Distribute parts to carts and deliver to workstations.
• Post and scan parts.
• Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts.
• Track incomplete orders (backorders, credits) and follow up.
• Complete parts hot runs as necessary.
• Maintain zero pending credits.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
